Getting a place in Chicago isn’t easy lately, which is why having someone like Norene in your corner goes a long way. Seriously, Norene was an absolute pleasure to work with in every way possible. I’m a first time renter in the city and she was with me every step of the way from landing a tour shortly after the apartment went on the market, to walking me through the application process, and even was so wonderful with keeping my (currently) out of state roommate in the loop through the whole process. My anxiety for the apartment hunting process was quickly relieved once I started working with Norene. She was always ready to take our calls, or respond to our emails in a timely fashion which went a long way. Through our application process she worked closely with the building’s broker and went back and forth for days to advocate for us and help us get our top choice apartment. Not only was Norene able to secure our apartment for us, she was also able to negotiate a more ideal move in date which went a really long way. Without her persistence we truly would have been at a loss.
